Actor Mark Fleischmann reads novel Fold

A great night was had by all at the launch of Tom Campbell’s first novel, Fold. The event was warmly hosted by Tom’s local bookstore Stoke Newington Bookshop (and organised brilliantly, of course, by Spark & Fuse). Actor Mark Fleischmann, currently starring in The Cherry Orchard at The National, read a passage from the novel to the 80 guests. The book, which focuses on five unlikely friends and their monthly poker night, has received excellent reviews from both critics and readers alike. Tom is currently writing his second novel and we look forward to organising its launch event, too! Tom Campbell’s debut novel Fold is out now! Published by Bloomsbury, the story hooks into the monthly poker game of five friends and focuses on one man’s bid to destroy another. We felt honoured that Tom asked Spark & Fuse to arrange his book launch, and we’re just finalising details for the event which takes place at his local store, Stoke Newington Bookshop, in a few weeks time. Much excitement at Spark & Fuse – we’ve been asked to organise a party for the launch of new literary sensation Tom Campbell’s debut novel, Fold.
