Tesco Football Roadshow Cooking Demonstration
With just days to go until its official kick off, Spark & Fuse was called in to set up four live cooking demos for the nationwide Tesco Football Roadshow held in conjunction with the FA.

In less than five days we had to pull everything together. There were some very late nights. We submitted all the necessary health & safety documentation to the venues for approval and managed to secure the only mobile sink units left in the country due to demands by the summer festivals. Masterchef finalist, Chris Gates, was brought in to head up the live demo and devise recipes which would encourage parents to cook healthy treats and meals for their kids. All the equipment and ingredients had to be ordered, from mops and saucepans, to bananas and eggs. S&F caterer extraordinaire Ngaire Monk covered miles of motorway to deliver it all and worked behind the scenes at every roadshow, prepping food and making sure that each of the demonstrations went exactly as planned . Meanwhile Chris was ably assisted on stage by legends Peter Shilton and Dion Dublin much to the delight of the football-mad audience.
