Christmas Countdown competition
To help drive traffic to its Real Food website over the Christmas period, Tesco set up an advent calendar prize draw offering a different prize every day for 25 days. Spark & Fuse were brought into source prizes and more besides.
We wanted to have a real spread of prizes to ensure the calendar had enough surprises and great product to keep customers coming back every day. Because we have so many contacts, we were able to offer something for everyone including a day on the British Pullman or Northern Belle, courtesy of Orient Express, Archos tablets, relaxing spa breaks and a weekend cookery course. For those who like to entertain we had a range of prizes perfect for this such as food processors and dinner sets. And to help customers make a healthy start to 2013 we also offered vouchers for pilates, yoga and wellbeing classes. As part of our remit, we also conducted a draw every day and ensured the winners were contacted promptly to guarantee as many as possible received their prizes in time for Christmas!
