Co-operative bank incentive
The Co-operative Bank approached Spark & Fuse because it wanted to incentivise customers to book appointments for financial advice by offering them an 'energy-saving' goody bag.
We put together a rather nice little collection of items, including a device to help conserve water in toilet cisterns, a gadget to reduce the flow of water from a tap and a book on saving energy. We did have a budget for this project, which we stuck to religiously, but we were able to deliver excellent value for money to the client by negotiating substantial discounts and, whenever possible, purchasing at cost.
